Ozone therapy, also known as ozone treatment, helps regenerate cells in your body and strengthen your immune system. This makes it an effective solution for treating many health problems. Ozone therapy is an effective option for many conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, arthritis, asthma, chronic infections, eczema, psoriasis, autism, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, cancer, and HIV/AIDS.
Effects of Ozone
Effect of Ozone on Blood Cells
Ozone increases the formation of white blood cells (defense cells that protect against infections) and regulates their function. It kills bacteria, viruses, and fungi. It reduces the viscosity of blood and increases its fluidity. It regulates circulation by softening plaques on the walls of blood vessels and dissolving blockages in small blood vessels.
Effect of Ozone on the Immune System
It increases the body’s resistance to infections by regulating and strengthening the immune system. Its immune-regulating properties make it beneficial in the treatment of diseases caused by immune system dysfunction (autoimmune diseases).
The Effect of Ozone on Cancer Cells
It prevents the proliferation and spread of rapidly growing cancer cells. It increases the elasticity of red blood cells (red oxygen-carrying cells in the blood), accelerating their passage through capillaries.
The Effect of Ozone Therapy on Detoxification
With its detoxifying properties, it helps to cleanse harmful chemical substances from our body.
The Effect of Ozone Therapy on Pain
It exhibits analgesic properties by enabling the release of natural painkillers in our body. It also prevents us from feeling pain by raising the perception threshold of pain receptors.
The Effect of Ozone Therapy on the Skin
As with all tissues, it provides regeneration in the skin, resulting in rejuvenation, brightening, and reduction of wrinkles.
Ozone Therapy Applications
Ozone Therapy is not “Alternative Medicine,” but rather an effective treatment method whose effects have been proven by hundreds of scientific studies. The reason it has not become widespread in our country until now is that the Anglo-Saxon school of medicine is prevalent here, while the German and Russian schools are not. Also, the vast majority of publications are in Russian. The most important feature of ozone therapy is that it can be administered to the body in different ways, specific to the patient and the disease. One or more treatment methods can be selected and applied according to the patient or disease.
Ozone Therapy Major Method
In this most commonly used method, 50-200 ml of blood is taken, mixed with a determined dose of ozone, and then returned to the person intravenously.
Ozone Therapy Minor Method
2-5 cc of blood is taken from the person, mixed with the same volume of ozone gas, and injected into the muscle. It is applied like a vaccine.
Ozone Therapy Subcutaneous Application Method
A determined dose and volume of ozone gas is injected into the subcutaneous and fatty tissue with a fine-tipped needle. It is used for skin wrinkles and local fat mobilization.
Injection of Ozone Gas into Body Cavities
This involves administering ozone gas rectally, vaginally, urethrally, and by spraying into the external ear canal.
Intra-articular Ozone Gas Administration
This involves administering a specific dose of ozone gas into the joint using a suitable needle to treat joint disorders.
WHAT CHANGES OCCUR IN OUR BODY WITH OZONE THERAPY?
It improves joint pain and muscle disorders.
It regenerates blood vessels (arteries and veins), helps regulate blood pressure.
It strengthens the immune system. It increases resistance to infectious diseases.
It strengthens brain functions and memory.
It has a calming effect on depression and anxiety. By oxidizing adrenaline, known as the stress hormone, it provides general calmness. It helps relieve tension caused by depression.
It relaxes and softens muscles by removing toxins accumulated in them, increasing flexibility.
It increases skin blood circulation, resulting in skin renewal, firmness, and a smooth appearance. It provides cleaner, softer, and younger-looking skin.
It increases blood circulation to cells and tissues.
It cleanses the blood and lymphatic system.
It normalizes hormone and enzyme synthesis. It enables the skin to function like a third kidney or a second lung system.
